Introducing Our Expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Matters
With the advent of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in 2016, the landscape of insolvency and bankruptcy laws in India underwent a much-needed transformation. At our firm, we have a dedicated team of professionals with extensive experience and expertise in matters pertaining to the Companies Act and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), a quasi-judicial authority created under the Companies Act, 2013, plays a significant role in handling corporate civil disputes arising under the Act. The establishment of the NCLT resulted in the dissolution of the Company Law Board. As a Court of Law, the NCLT is vested with powers and procedures that provide clarity on laws related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
